The Intern Showcase not only makes it a priority to provide a phenomenal show for attendees, but also aids in creating opportunities and the development for young upcoming artists. The large emphasis on constructing marketing platforms for brands, increasing digital presence for artists and building an environment where individuals passionate about music can come together and celebrate talent, are few of the many differentiating factors that separates The Intern Showcase from your local open mic show.Although originating in New York City as a one-time show, the positive feedback continuously poured in and the numbers of attendees exceeded expectations. The visionaries behind The Intern Showcase recognized the superb outcome and began planning more shows, not only in New York City, but also in other large metropolitan areas such as, Philadelphia and D.C. With the help of sponsors, media outlets and press coverage, artists can gain on-line and off-line exposure, while networking amongst industry "tastemakers". At the show, artists have the opportunity to promote and showcase their talents & original works thru a platform that The Intern Showcase provides. NariahBorn and raised in Jersey City, NJ, Nariah is one of the most ambitious 20 year olds you will meet. Working hard everyday to make her dreams come true is an understatement for her. She is currently a senior at Montclair State University working on a degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Communition. Nariah has big plans and aspirations of a sucessful career in event planning. She began interning at Jive Records in the Urban Video and Radio promotion department. While interning she was introduced to many networking opportunities. These opportunities exposed her to the different fascets of the entertainment industry. Many who worked with her decribed her as energetic, positive, encouraging, and innovative.Friedrich Hebbel once said, "Nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion." Legacy:John aka LegacyJohn is a young man trying to rise above his environment without losing his culture. Born in Trinidad, raised in Brooklyn, and now residing in Queens, John has always been hands-on in creating music. From playing in a Steel band, to co-producing with his production company, the InVaderZ, John has the experience in and out of the studio. He recently graduated with a degree in Music Electronic Technology and is currently working with A&R department at the label.
